Our Personnel and Experience:
Maureen A. Hodge, the director of CPS 101, served over 30 years as a teacher and college counselor. She holds a Bachelors degree in Education from the University of Maine and two Masters degrees from the University of Maine. An active member of the American Counseling Association, American School Counselor Association, the Maine Education Association, and the New England Admissions Counselor Association, she has assisted over 4000 students with the college placement process. Many of her clients have been placed in the most highly selective educational institutions in this nation. Maureen works with a team of educational consultants and professionals, all with experience in secondary education and higher education.

Jan Rideout, a retired English teacher, brings 30 years of both college and high school experience to CPS 101. Involved with the National Writing Project and a NWP consultant, she offers workshops in writing throughout the State of Maine.
